OS Support

We support Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux in both physical servers and virtualized instances on dedicated Citrix XenServer machines. Additionally, we support FreeBSD on dedicated servers. Here's how we're taking care of it:

• When installing your operating system, we adhere to Microsoft and Red Hat best practices to ensure a stable configuration. Alternatively, at your request installs can be custom-tailored to fit any of your specific needs.
  
  
• Our automated patching service keeps you up-to-date with critical security patches. We can customize the time of day to run updates so that your system isn't taxed during peak traffic times.
  
  
• Our Server Health Monitoring® tracks CPU, memory, and disk usage, as well as network utilization and service operation. Systems administrators are on-site 24x7x365 to respond to any problem that arises.

Database Support

INetU supports Microsoft SQL Server on Windows operating systems and MySQL on Red Hat and FreeBSD. We not only support standard single-server instances of these applications, we can also set-up clustering, replication, and mirroring to increase the performance of your database, or meet your need for high availability.
